Event FAQ'S

Our Cloud Architect Alliance events are free of charge if you have received a personal invitation letter or email. With this email, you can register yourself for free and the CAA-committee will check if all registrations are relevant and invited and can make the decision to discard your registration if you don’t fit in the profile or for any other reason.

Unfortunately, not. We host each event for 100 Architects and are fully booked out each and every time so without registration there won’t be a seat available. Please contact the organization for ad hoc availability.

Unfortunately, not. Only companies who sponsor our events are welcome to send a non-tech employee to attend the event.

Yes, absolutely! Because there are always more people willing to attend than we have available seats, it’s very important to discard your registration the minute you know you are not able to attend the event. This so we can invite another Cloud Architect to take your seat. Please look at our No-Show Policy for more information.

There is enough parking space available inside/ under the venue. Please follow the signs (entrance behind the building) and they will charge you €3,- per hour, same rate as outside the building.

Yes, absolutely. NS Station Amsterdam Amstel is directly on the opposite of the venue where you can take several trains, metro’s or trams and busses. There is also a big taxi stand in front of the entrance.

We try our best to plan the line-up so the last presentation won’t end later than 22:15. After a thank you the official program will end around 22:30 and we will close the event with networking and drinks after that if you would like to stay a bit longer. If you’re wearing your dancing shoes, the city center is close by for an after party.
